Due to the intimate nature of our products, Fleshlight EU accepts returns only for unopened, factory-sealed items within 14 days of delivery to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards. Please note that once the security seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with the factory seal intact and that your request is within the 14-day return window.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened product in a discreet shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside to prevent processing delays.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the seal integrity of your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
